polytechnic education究竟可以不

可見(jiàn)，polytechnic education這個(gè)說(shuō)法其實(shí)并不是很常見(jiàn)，報(bào)告中也基本沒(méi)有，大家常見(jiàn)的還是vocational education，這也是為什么有很多學(xué)生說(shuō)自己本來(lái)寫(xiě)的是vocational education，但看到官方真題中有"2019年1月，國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)了《國(guó)家職業(yè)教育改革實(shí)施方案》(the Implementation Plan for the Reform of the National Polytechnic Education)"，所以又改成了polytechnic education。

那polytechnic education究竟可以不？

首先，polytechnic的含義是（在英國(guó)1992年后改為大學(xué)的）工藝專科學(xué)院，理工?？茖W(xué)院；（舊時(shí)美國(guó)的）理工學(xué)校（或?qū)W院、大學(xué)），英文釋義為A polytechnic is the name for a school, college, or university that specializes in courses in science and technology，所以一些理工類學(xué)校尤其是工科類學(xué)校名稱中使用這個(gè)，如：弗吉尼亞理工學(xué)院Virginia Polytechnic Institute（是一所以工科為主的公立研究型大學(xué)）、西北工業(yè)大學(xué)Northwestern Polytechnical University、香港理工大學(xué)The Hong Kong Polytechnic University。當(dāng)然，國(guó)內(nèi)很多理工大學(xué)使用technology，如北京理工大學(xué)Beijing Institute of Technology、南京理工大學(xué)Nanjing University of Science and Technology。

其次，polytechnic也可以指職業(yè)相關(guān)的，但是一般用于一些學(xué)校名稱中。如北京電子科技職業(yè)學(xué)院BEIJING POLYTECHNIC，是一所北京市屬公辦高等職業(yè)院校。

再如報(bào)告中這句：

這說(shuō)明職業(yè)教育學(xué)校名稱里面一般是Polytechnic，但專業(yè)詞匯"職業(yè)教育"一般使用vocational education。

但是官方真題中又使用了Polytechnic Education：2019年1月，國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)了《國(guó)家職業(yè)教育改革實(shí)施方案》(the Implementation Plan for the Reform of the National Polytechnic Education)。

那考試中改為polytechnic education對(duì)嗎？

那只能是對(duì)了。
